THE ROAD TO BTS
The Brisbane Truck Show this year is staging the first 'Best of the Best' - where some 28 trucks from around Australia will be vying for honours. The Cornwill boys - Troy, Wayne & Rick - were amongst those invited to attend with their superb Legend SAR, 'Dynamite'.
Its a long way from Geelong to Brisbane so to save some time cleaning at the other end, the boys decided to trailer her up behind their equally superb T908, 'Paradise'. This necessitated an appropriate trailer, so they find an oldie and within a few short weeks turn it into what you see here.
If you happen to be in Brissie go have a look at 'Dynamite'. Have a look at all the little things the boys have done - the stainless sump, stainless rocker cover, stainless shroud over the wiper motors and other messy stuff on the firewall. Period fans (in the cab and under the bonnet), the superb lighting, the interior - what an interior! The list goes on and on. I thought I'd grab a couple of clips of the boys on the road to Brisbane.
