HINO ON TRACK WITH TEAM 18 AND DE PASQUALE FOR 2026
Hino Australia has extended its commitment to Team 18 and its driver Anton De Pasquale for the 2026 Repco Supercars Championship.
“Following an extremely successful 2025 season including a podium at the famous Bathurst 1000, 2026 promises to be Team 18’s most exciting year yet as it begins a new era as the homologation team for Chevrolet,” said Richard Emery, President & CEO of Hino Australia.
De Pasquale qualified his #18 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for the inaugural Supercars Finals in 2025 courtesy of a consistent season that included three podiums, while his teammates David Reynolds and Lee Holdsworth finished second at the 2025 Bathurst 1000.
“Given last year’s success, we are excited about the results that team owner Charlie Schwerkolt, Anton and the rest of Team 18 will achieve in 2026,” continued Mr Emery.
“Supercars continues to be a sport that resonates with our dealers and customers – 2026 will be our tenth year as the Official Light and Medium Duty Truck Sponsors of the Supercars Championship, and we are also the Official Sponsor of the Supercars Recovery Team and the ‘Hino Hub’ in the television broadcast.”
Team 18 revealed its two Chevrolet Camaro Supercars at its season launch event and announced its endurance pairings which will see De Pasquale and Holdsworth together in the #18 car, while Reynolds will be joined by the highly experienced James Courtney.
Team 18 Owner Charlie Schwerkolt welcomed Hino Australia for another year:

"We can’t thank them enough for their support, so it’s really exciting to keep this partnership growing,” he concluded.
DEWALT Racing Team 18 driver Anton De Pasquale is looking forward to 2026.
“I loved my first year with Team 18 and we achieved some really strong results together, so it’s awesome to be able to build on that again this season.
"I’m really proud to have Hino on my helmet for another year, they’re a massive supporter of the team,” he said.
